SHIPPING

• —Orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.
• —Free shipping on orders $120 CAD and over.
• —Under $120: shipping cost calculated at checkout.
• —Tracking number sent by email once your order ships.

US SHIPPING

• —Delivery in 7–14 business days.
• —Customs duties and import fees are the customer's responsibility.
• —These fees are non-refundable in the event of a return or refused delivery.

RETURNS

• —10-day return window from the date you receive your order.
• —Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• —Free returns within Québec — prepaid label provided.
• —Outside Québec: a flat return fee applies. See return fees below.
• —The 10-day window applies to change-of-mind returns. Defective items or incorrect orders are covered under damaged or incorrect orders.

REFUNDS

• —Refund processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• —Refunded to your original payment method.
• —Original shipping fees are not refunded.

EXCHANGES

• —Exchanges are subject to availability. Limited drops — no guaranteed restock.
• —To exchange: start a standard return, then place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• —Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• —Final sale items are clearly marked on their product page before purchase.
• —This includes all discounted, promotional, and archived drop items.
• —Items damaged by the customer after delivery.

• —Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• —Include photos of the issue in your email.
• —We will arrange a full replacement or refund. All costs on us.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

• —You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
• —If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs are at the customer's expense.
• —No refund will be issued if a package is lost due to an incorrect address.

RETURN FEES

• —Québec: free returns. Prepaid label provided.
• —Rest of Canada: $15 CAD flat fee, automatically deducted from your refund.
• —USA: $25 CAD flat fee, automatically deducted from your refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN

• —Include your order number and reason for return.
• —Once confirmed, we'll send the return address and instructions by email.
• —Do not ship a return without prior confirmation — unauthorized packages will be refused.
• —We respond within 24–48 business hours.
