SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We only share your data with trusted service providers that help us operate, each acting under its own privacy and security obligations:
–Payment processing — to charge your order and prevent fraud
–Account authentication — to manage sign-in if you create an account
–Order and inventory management — to store and process your order details

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Some of the service providers listed above are located outside Québec, primarily in the United States. This means your personal information may be processed or stored outside Québec, where privacy laws may differ from Québec's.
Before using any such provider, we assess that it offers a level of protection for your information that is equivalent to what is required under Québec law.
COOKIES
Our site uses three categories of cookies:
–Essential — required for the site to function (cart, checkout, security). Cannot be disabled.
–Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site.
–Marketing — used by advertising and marketing tools to measure ad performance and personalize what you see.
Analytics and marketing cookies are only active if you consent to them via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data and revisiting the site, or in your browser settings.
DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as necessary:
–Order records — 7 years, to meet legal and accounting obligations
–Marketing profile (email, preferences) — until you unsubscribe or request deletion
–Abandoned cart data — 30 days
–Technical/security logs — 90 days
If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll take care of it — unless we're legally required to retain it.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under Québec's Law 25 and Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:
–Know what personal information we hold about you
–Request a copy of your data, in a structured, commonly used format (data portability)
–Correct inaccurate information
–Request deletion of your data
–Withdraw consent to marketing or analytics/marketing cookies at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@breezywear.store. We'll respond within 5 business days.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI).
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
We use advertising and marketing tools that automatically analyze your browsing and purchase behavior to personalize ads and recommendations (for example, showing you ads for products you've viewed). This does not result in any decision producing legal or similarly significant effects on you.
You can opt out of this profiling at any time by declining analytics/marketing cookies in the cookie banner.
PRIVACY INCIDENTS
If a security incident involving your personal information creates a real risk of serious harm, we will notify Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) and the individuals concerned without delay, as required under Law 25.
PRIVACY OFFICER
In accordance with Québec's Law 25, Breezy has designated a person responsible for the protection of personal information:
